An array substrate, comprising: a first OLED substrate and a second OLED substrate;wherein the first OLED substrate comprises the transparent OLED substrate according to claim 1 and the second OLED substrate is a non-transparent OLED substrate;the first OLED substrate and the second OLED substrate share a base substrate and the light emitting functional film layer of the first OLED substrate and a light emitting functional film layer of the second OLED substrate are formed in a same process. 12. The array substrate according to claim 11, wherein the first OLED substrate is at least partially surrounded by the second OLED substrate. 13. The array substrate according to claim 11, wherein a driving circuit layer of the second OLED substrate comprises a plurality of second driving circuit units, and a number of transistors in each of the second driving circuit units is larger than or equal to a number of transistors in each of the first driving circuit units. 14.
