An injection molded plastic foldable bicycle basket includes a front and a rear sidewall hinged to a pair of centrally hinged end walls and closed on the bottom by a hinged bottom wall. The walls are hinged together in such a way that the bottom wall of the basket folds up against the inside of the rear sidewall and the two centrally hinged end walls fold inwardly to collapse the basket into a flat package.
