This invention is a shopping cart display guide selector for attachment to the handle of a shopping cart. The display guide selector has an outer cylinder clamped to the handle of the shopping cart. An inner cylinder is rotatably carried therein. A knob allows a shopper to turn the inner cylinder to any given position. On the inner cylinder is attached a sheet of paper containing information such as the store specials.
