There is disclosed a polyether polyol-organic polyisocyanate binder for bonding cellulosic materials under conditions of heat and pressure and a process therefor. Sticking to mold faces is eliminated and strong moisture-resistant bonds can be obtained using as starting materials cellulosic materials
