An adjustable seat assembly particularly adapted for a mobile vehicle which permits the seat to be moved fore-and-aft, laterally side-to-side, vertically and rotationally. A latch is provided for selectively preventing and permitting rotation of the seat and other portions of the seat assembly relative to a fixed pedestal.
