The process of claim 1, wherein said aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution additionally contains at least one member selected from the group consisting of vanadic acid, molybdic acid, tungstic acid and salts thereof. The process of claim 1, wherein said aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution additionally contains a compound prepared by oxidizing metallic tellurium, tetravalent telluride or tellurium oxide hydrate with hydrogen peroxide.
