A sound generator is driven by the output of said second oscillation circuit. A counter is controlled by the output of said first oscillation circuit. A plurality of light-emitting elements are driven by the output of said counter and arranged in desired form on a display panel. The counter counts the oscillations of the first oscillation circuit.
