A nitrogen injector system is provided including a nitrogen injector unit. The nitrogen injector unit includes liquid nitrogen with a head space having gaseous nitrogen at a pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure. An injector orifice is provided, as is a distributing disk which normally closes that orifice.
