A sleeve for receiving a pen, a plate having a spring clip for retaining papers and a pair of pockets of different size, at least one of which is divided into compartments, are mounted to one or more sections of the backing sheet to provide a shopping organizer for the convenient storage of coupons, shopping lists, a calculator and other items useful for shopping.
