A noninvasive urinary drainage device is described which includes a urethral tube with a slanted upper end shaped to seal against the urethral area of a female user. This tube serves to support two stacked discs, each of which is flat, plate-like, and flexible. These two discs are configured to mechanically engage the labia minora and majora of the user.
