An alternative embodiment of the invention relates to an adapter kit having an adapter bushing, an adapter handle for threaded or snap-on attachment to the stud on any of a variety of lighting fixtures and sterile covers to allow the covers to be used on light fixtures having different sizes of handle mounting studs.
