A fishing boat accessory which mounts a rotatable boat chair and a plurality of support arms which hold fishing gear and accessories. A column on which the chair is mounted includes a stationary base and a spool which can be rotated about the vertical axis of the column. A main support arm extends from the spool and carries on its outer end a collar and a vertical barrel.
