An opening is formed in the cylindrical wall of the conduit portion adjacent to the sealed top of the container. When the delivery device is used as a straw, the opening is closed with the wall of the container because of its flexibility. When the content in the container is poured into another liquid receptacle, the opening is used as an inlet so that the content of the container can be completely emptied.
