A method for making a transparent blend of BPA polycarbonate, and polymethyl methacrylate having a lower critical solution temperature of at least 140°C. which comprises (A) solution blending 25 to 95 parts of a BPA polycarbonate having an intrinsic viscosity in chloroform of from 0.35 to 1.8 dl./g.
