In a vehicular brake control system, a hydraulic braking operation starting from a master cylinder and ending at a wheel cylinder is divided into two systems, i.e., starting from the master cylinder and ending at a stroke absorber (master cylinder system) and starting from a hydraulic generator and ending at the wheel cylinder (wheel cylinder system).
