The shelving assembly includes a plurality of fluted shelf members extending between a pair of support walls. The shroud includes a back wall, two sidewalls and an open front face. A pair of flaps folded from the tops of the front face and the back wall each have a locking flap which is folded downward into aligned slots formed by two pairs of side flaps folded from the tops of the two sidewalls.
