The outer cells function to insulate the inner cell from cooling temperature losses resulting from higher temperatures externally of the outer cell. The inner and outer cells being cooled by heat transfer of rising warm air from the cells to cooled air being driven by combination evaporator and fan units through closed loop finned duct systems located beneath the cell ceilings.
