A vehicle chassis is supported on front and rear wheels for road and runway engagement. A propeller assembly is disposed between the front and rear wheels and faces the rear. Wing assemblies on opposite sides of the chassis are foldable along the sides of the chassis to form side panels for the road form of the vehicle.
