An extractable, reusable, two piece, plactic cartridge, housing a compression nozzle, chamber and pusher disc, having at one end of cartridge an opening to receive a compressionable, halved, hollow point projectile sleeve which contains a soft, compressionable, liquid marking projectile. A solid pusher disc located inside the cartridge, is secured to the interior wall of the cartridge by an elastic tube.
