초록 ▼

An ice maker including freeze and harvest controls is disclosed. The evaporator includes a unitary evaporator and ice mold. A compressor and condenser cool the evaporator to freeze ice on the mold in a normal refrigeration cycle and the mold is defrosted by hot gas to harvest ice from the ice mold.
