초록

A liquid dispensing device capable of dispensing an active liquid at a slow substantially constant rate over an extended period of time. The liquid dispenser consists of a sealed flexible bag or pouch containing a supply of the active liquid, a wick located inside a tubular member, and an emanator which diffuses the active liquid. The active liquid supply inside the impermeable bag is kept isolated from the wick prior to use by means of a containment element.
