A setscrew (22) extending transversely of the bearing bore (12), passing through the same, is held for rotation in the bearing block (10) but fixed against axial displacement. The setscrew (22) touches the rotary member (14) such that a toothing of the type of a worm gear forms in the rotary member (14) as the setscrew (22) is turned.
