The instant invention is a low cost hose guide consisting of a one-piece spike having a first pointed end and a second flat surface available for tapping the pointed end into the ground. The spike includes locking tabs for placement of a single piece roller that is engaged in an area above the locking tabs and below the second surface and is rotatable around the spike.
