The postural bra comprises a bra body (12), provided in its central front part with vertical shoulder lifters (14A, 14B) and of a posterior support (16). The bra body contains, in its lateral edges, identical straps (18A, 18B) which are connected at one of their edges, to upper parts of the vertical folds (20A, 20B) of the referred posterior support (16) and, in the other edges, to the lower parts of the horizontal folds (22A, 22B) of the referred posterior support (16), from which point adjusting straps (24A, 24B) are lengthened.
