When establishing a link (i-j) between two nodes i, j in a mobile radio communications network, transmission parameters are assigned such that conflicts and interference with nodes that neighbor the nodes i and j are avoided. A time-slot and a frequency-code value are assigned to the link (i-j) from a defined set of time-slots T, and from a defined set of frequency-code values FC.
