A display stand comprises collapsible elements which are quickly and easily assembled into a stable configuration without the use of tools. A display stand comprises collapsible elements which are quickly and easily assembled into a stable configuration without the use of tools. The elements can be shipped in a substantially flat container to reduce shipping expenses. Vertical supports are mounted to a base to securely hold display units having messages and/or photographs for viewing. The display units have curved outer surfaces to facilitate viewing from other than directly in front or from the rear of the display stand. A header can be attached to the top of the display stand to further draw the attention of individuals.
