A tool carrier has a top portion with an upstanding handle and slidably mounted clips for engaging sockets and fixed spring clips for securely holding socket wrenches, ratchet handles, adapters and the like. Two opposed sides depend from the top portion and support a lower panel provided with upstanding resilient fibers such as outdoor carpet.
