The annular section includes a collar with recesses engaging tabs from a gear member seating to the end of the annular section. The gear (28) includes a recessed portion receiving the annular section to decrease overall height. A lock cylinder (26) inserts into the annular section and includes a cavity (110). A locking pin (30) slides within a channel formed in the handle and includes a peg (92) extending into the cavity (110). The rotation of the lock cylinder (26) retracts and extends the pin (30) into the cavity (66) formed in the bezel (22).
