A carrying bag (20) formed of flexible material includes an upper compartment (86) and a lower compartment (90) separated by a dividing wall (86). A zippered closure (27) extending around three sides of the bag allows access to the lower compartment and permits the upper compartment to be pivoted away from the lower compartment.
