A pair of cooperable fasteners are connected to the bag with first halves of the fasteners mounted on opposite ends of the mouth and second halves of the fasteners attached to a chair. Elastic strips are mounted along the upper edges of the bag to bias the bag to a closed position when removed from the fasteners on the chair.
