The upper chassis (3) is elastically supported. The inclination of the upper chassis (3) can be modified using an adjustment device with prepositioning, comprising a wedging part and a prepositioning member (12) that arms a spring whose relaxation brings the wedging part into the desired position when it is released by the upper chassis.
