The frame is constructed from a one-piece cardboard blank, and comprises a back panel, sides, a top and a bottom. The sides, top and bottom are foldable into a double-wall configuration for added strength and stability. The trays include anchors and anchoring tabs for securing the trays to the frame. The trays may be divided into a plurality of compartments and may include a single or multiple tiers.
