Integral mounting members are formed in the fuel tank support to provide structural integrity, thereby obviating the need for additional mounting hardware and straps. In addition, apertures formed on the walls of the support provide vent holes for venting stagnant hot air from the space between the fuel tank and the fuel tank support.
