A double clip is comprised of outer and middle jaws pivoted together about an outer axle and biased to a closed position by a first spring. A pivoted gripping member is pivoted to the distal end of the outer jaw. An inner jaw is pivoted to the middle jaw about an inner axle and biased to a closed position by a second spring.
