A children's ride-on vehicle is provided with a chassis having a seat configured to accommodate a driver. The chassis includes a generally vertical, cylindrical channel extending therethrough. A handlebar is disposed in front of the seat and is operable by the driver to steer the vehicle. A steering column, connected to the handlebar, is pivotal in the channel about a first vertical axis.
