The cylindrical portion has a plurality of openings therein which are in fluid communication with a throughbore that extends through the elongated valve body. The valve seat member comprises a tapered valve seat portion integral with a cylindrical elongated portion. The cylindrical elongated portion is receivable in a coiled spring that is loosely receivable in the throughbore that extends through the elongated valve body.
