A thermally insulated cooler is provided which presents multiple storage compartments for hot or cold food and beverages, an umbrella holder, and allows for translation of the cooler over a surface. Additionally, the thermally insulated cooler and storage device may also be used as a dolly to transport larger beach wares such as folding chairs and play toys.
