The latch member of claim 5, wherein a first distal o-ring provides a seal at a distal end of the central channel and a second distal o-ring provides a seal at a distal end of the outer channel when the latch pin is disconnected from the latch receptacle, wherein the first and second distal o-rings are located near a distal end of the latch pin that connects to the latch receptacle.
