The transverse reinforcement has the shape of a portion of a cylinder arranged transversely to the sole longitudinal axis, with a concave curvature oriented downwardly. The shoe also includes a longitudinal reinforcement arranged on either side of the transverse reinforcement and defining a longitudinal groove on either side of the transverse reinforcement.
