Light levels are sensed by remote units (22, 24, 26). Upon sensing that light levels have fallen below a set threshold, a remote unit transmits a wireless signal to a control unit (30). The control unit (30) communicates with a remote monitoring unit (32) to provide an indication of the sensed condition.
