A child's stadium seat comprises of a seat portion, an upright back rest portion and safety straps to secure the child. The stadium seat securely attaches to a bench, bleacher, chair or planar seat. It contains storage space in the bottom portion of the seat, a detachable utility tray and overhead shelter from various weather conditions. When in a closed mode, the side hinges allow the top back rest to lock in position, while a storage door is located at the bottom, allowing the underneath storage area to remain closed when not in use. The child's stadium seat is elevated for viewing and consists of a bottom surface that assists in the prevention of the seat sliding.
