A wildlife conditioning and suppression system conditions wildlife to avoid a restricted area. The system relies on backing up predetermined and repeatable warning stimuli with real enforcement directed against the wildlife. In a preferred embodiment, a warning zone is defined around a protected area and predetermined sensory warning stimuli are produced each time wildlife enters the warning zone.
