A wheel assembly for use in combination with wheeled luggage to counter-balance gravitational forces exerted on the wheeled luggage when it is tilted forwarded and rolled. The wheel assembly has a shock-absorbing bias mechanism to absorb shock while transporting the wheeled luggage across a surface;
