The pavement and patch material of claim 6, further comprising less than one part by weight liquid silicone. 8. The pavement and patch material of claim 6, further comprising less than six parts by weight non-emulsified asphalt concrete oil. 9. The pavement and patch material of claim 6, further comprising less than one part by weight anti-strip agent.
