This invention includes a novel method for safely, effectively and efficiently pooling of tissues for treatment prior to implantation into a recipient in need thereof. In one embodiment, the method includes perfusion of a porous implant which achieves efficient interpenetration of desired factors into and removal of undesirable factors from the pores of the implant, cleaning of the implant, efficient passivation of the implant (inactivation of pathogens, microorganisms, cells, viruses and the like and reduction in antigenicity thereof), and the novel implant produced by such treatment. The process presents a system wherein the rate of pressure cycling, the fact of pressure cycling, and the amplitude of pressure cycling, results in highly cleaned tissues and other implants for implantation. Target decontamination goals for this process include between about a one (1) to twelve (12) log reduction in bacterial contamination, between about a one (1) to fifteen (15) log reduction in enveloped virus contamination, up to about a five (5) log reduction in non-enveloped virus contamination, between about a two (2) to ten (10) fold reduction in endotoxin, maintenance of implant or graft biologic and biomechanical properties, absence of tissue toxicity due to cleaning solutions used, and reduced implant antigenicity.

Process for the preparation of the printing ink composition according to claim 1, comprising laking, with a magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium or maganese salt or a mixture of two or more of such salts, (a) an azo dyestuff obtained by coupling a diazonium salt of an amine of formula VI where Q is hydrogen, an alkali metal or ammonium, or (b) a mixture of azo dyestuffs obtained by coupling a mixture of the diazonium salt VI and a diazonium salt VII with 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid (BONA) or a mixture of BONA and 2-hydroxynaphthalene the resin being added before or after coupling to the coupling or diazotization solution. 5. A method of use comprising applying the printing ink composition according to claim 1 onto a substrate. 6. A color filter having at least one layer of a composition comprising (a) from 80 to 99.9% by weight of an azo pigment I where M is Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, or Mn or a mixture thereof, (b) from 0 to 20% by weight of an azo pigment II (c) from 0 to 20% by weight of an azo pigment III where R1,R2and R3independently from each other stand for hydrogen, C1-C20-alkyl, C5-C20-alkoxy, C2-C20-alkenyl, C1-C20-alkylthiol, C1-C20-alkoxycarbonyl, hydroxy-C1-C4-alkoxy, phenyl, benzyl, phenylthio, halogen, cyano, nitro, --CF3,--COR4,--COOR5,--CONR4R5,--SO2R4,--SO3R4,--SO2NR4R5,--NR4R3or --OR4,with the proviso, that when in formula III R2stands for hydrogen and R3is CF3,then R1is not --SO3-, and wherein R4and R5independently from each other stand for hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl or phenyl, with the proviso, that at least one of the groups R1,R2or R3is not hydrogen, (d) from 0 to 20% by weight of an azo pigment IV (e) from 0 to 20, based on the sum of the amounts of components (a) to (d), of a surfactant, (f) from 0.1 to 50% by weight, based on the sum of the amounts of components (a) to (d), of a resin selected from the group consisting of tall oil resin, gum rosin, wood rosin, hydrogenated rosin, rosin ester, disproportionated rosin, dimerised rosin, polymerised rosin, phenolic rosin and carboxyl containing maleic and fumaric resin. 7. A color filter according to claim 6 wherein R1in formula III component (c) is --COOH or --SO3. 8.
