The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 1, wherein the compound represented by the general formula (4) is 3,3'-dithiobis (2-aminopropionic acid). 6. The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 1, wherein the compound represented by the general formula (5) is 1,4-bis (phenylthio) butane or 1,6-bis (phenylthio) hexane. 7. The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 1, which comprises a substrate and an ink-receiving layer provided on the substrate, the ink receiving layer containing components (a) and (b). 8. The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 1, which comprises a substrate and an ink-receiving layer provided on the substrate, the ink-receiving layer containing component (b), and component (a) being applied to the surface of the ink-receiving layer. 9. The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 7, wherein a glossy layer subjected to a casting treatment is formed on the ink-receiving layer. 10. The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 7, wherein the ink-receiving layer is subjected to a casting treatment after the application of a coating liquid for forming the ink-receiving layer. 11. The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 1 which comprises a substrate and a glossy layer. 12. The ink jet-recording sheet of claim 1, wherein a cyan dye used in the liquid ink is a phthalocyanine dye.
