An upward flushing toilet is mounted within the enclosure. The toilet has a waste line extending through one of the wall panels, and out of the enclosure so that waste from the flush toilet and wash basin is flushed outside of the enclosure. A wash basin is mounted within the enclosure and includes a drain line that connects to the toilet bowl waste line. A fresh water supply line extends through one of the wall panels of the enclosure and is fluidically connected to the toilet and to the wash basin for supplying fresh water thereto.
