The frequency detector may be associated with any type of electronic device. The frequency detector detects the presence of a frequency signal that is emitted by a transportation vessel and/or a frequency beacon associated with the transportation vessel. The frequency detector and/or container may disable, shut down, or reduce power of any electro-magnetic field generating devices associated with the frequency detector and/or container if the frequency detector receives a frequency signal indicative of the inside or proximity of a transportation vessel or an intrinsically-safe area. The container also includes a self-check frequency generator that emits a frequency signal capable of being detected by the frequency detector. If the frequency detector is operating properly, the frequency detector will successfully receive the frequency signal emitted by the frequency generator.

The alarm wrist watch of claim 9, wherein said plurality of vehicle sensors further comprises a vehicle movement sensor in wireless communication with said audible alarm means and said visual alarm means, said vehicle movement sensor detecting extraneous movement of a vehicle not detected by a vibration sensor.11. The alarm wrist watch of claim 1 further comprising vibrational alarm means in wireless communication with said motor vehicle security system.12. The alarm wrist watch of claim 11 further comprising a plurality of vehicle sensors, wherein said plurality of vehicle sensors comprises: a plurality of door sensors; an engine hood sensor; a trunk hood sensor; and a plurality of window sensors; said plurality of door sensors, said engine hood sensor, said trunk hood sensor and said plurality of window sensors in wireless communication with said audible alarm means and said vibrational alarm means. 13. The alarm wrist watch of claim 12, wherein said plurality of vehicle sensors further comprises a vehicle movement sensor in wireless communication with said audible alarm means and said vibrational alarm means, said vehicle movement sensor detecting extraneous movement of a vehicle not detected by a vibration sensor. said housing means, and capable of electrically connecting to at least one user accessible load when electrical continuity with said first electrical conductive path means is made; circuit interrupting means disposed within said housing means comprising a movable arm having contacts thereon adapted to disengage from fixed contacts for breaking electrical continuity from said first to said second and third conductive path means, upon the occurrence of a predetermined condition; reset means disposed at least partially within said housing means for reestablishing electrical continuity from said first to said second and third conductive path means; wherein said reset means comprises: a reset button adapted to assume a first or second position relative to the housing when the circuit interrupting device is in a conducting or non-conducting state; and reset contact means operatively associated with said reset button for activating said circuit interrupting means by causing said predetermined condition when said reset button is depressed; andblocking means positioned by the reset button to block the third electrical conductive path means from being connected to the at least one user accessible load during the occurrence of the predetermined condition.18. The circuit interrupting device of claim 17 wherein the blocking means is adapted to assume a first position to block the third connection from being connected to the user accessible load upon the occurrence of the predetermined condition and a second position to allow the third connection to be connected to the user accessible load upon the termination of the predetermined condition.19. The circuit interrupting device of claim 18 wherein the reset button is coupled to the movable arm of the circuit interrupting means to position the blocking member to the first or second position.20. The circuit interrupting device of claim 19 wherein the blocking member is of insulating material.21. The circuit interrupting device of claim 19 wherein the blocking member is engaged by a first or second section of the reset button wherein the blocking member is positioned to block at least one opening in the receptacle when engaged by the second section of the reset button.22.
