The device of claim 5 wherein the wall portion diffuses light that passes therethrough.7. The device of claim 1 wherein the housing includes an opening to accommodate the solar panel.8. The device of claim 7 further including a cap to cover the opening in the housing.9. The device of claim 8 wherein the cap allows light to shine through to the solar panel.10. The device of claim 10 wherein the reflector is positioned adjacent to the light source to direct light generally away from the light source.12.
