The fabric of claim 1, wherein the second yarns have a maximum strength at 3% elongation that is 0.31% of the ballistic yarn.19. The fabric of claim 1, wherein the yarn count of the ballistic yarn per inch is 50% plus or minus one % of the maximum tightness that can be woven in a plain weave fabric composed entirely of the same size ballistic yarn.20. The fabric of claim 1, wherein the yarn count of the ballistic yarn per inch is about 40 to about 85% of the maximum tightness that can be woven in a plain weave fabric composed entirely of the same size ballistic yarn.21. A ballistic resistant fabric having multiple layers of the fabric of claim 1.22.
